What’s Your Game?

Everyone here is training for something.

Find the thing you want to keep doing, and the first step is the same one for all of it.

Pickleball, tennis, golf, hiking, cycling, skiing, travel, or simply feeling capable in everyday life. Your game does not have to happen on a field.

Five games, five sets of demands.

Not five programs. What changes is what your body is being asked to do.

Pickleball & Tennis

Stop-start sprints, hard changes of direction, and a shoulder asked to repeat the same overhead pattern a few hundred times an afternoon. Court sport punishes whatever you have been ignoring.

Golf

Power comes from the ground and travels through your hips and mid-back before it ever reaches the club. When rotation is limited somewhere, the swing finds it somewhere else, usually the lower back.

Hiking & Cycling

Hours of the same movement, often loaded, often on uneven ground, often a long way from the car. Endurance is only half of it. The other half is the descent, and the day after.

Skiing & Seasonal Sport

A sport you do intensely for two weeks a year asks your body for everything at once, with no ramp-up. The preparation has to happen in the months nobody is thinking about it.

Travel & Active Life

Carrying luggage. Getting on and off the floor. Long days on your feet in an unfamiliar city, then doing it again tomorrow. Your game does not have to happen on a field.

Next steps

It starts the same way for everyone.

Whatever your game is, this is the order it happens in.

  1. Start with the assessment

A movement assessment is the first appointment for everyone, whatever their game. We learn your goals, history, current abilities and the activities that matter to you.

  2. Leave with one recommendation

Training, Rehab, or both. One clear starting point, named. Not a menu handed back to you to choose from.

  3. Train on a program built for your game

Your program connects to what you actually want your body for, whether that is the court, the fairway, the trail or the airport.

  4. Get coached, not just counted

Expert coaching at every session, with real-time cueing and correction, and exercises adjusted when your body or your needs change.

  5. Review, and keep going

Regular progress reviews and purposeful next steps, so the plan keeps up with you rather than the other way round.

Two ways to train, one place to start.

The assessment tells you which of these you need. You do not have to decide first.

A message from our founder

I built IMTI on a simple idea: that getting out of pain and getting fit aren’t two separate tracks, they build on each other.

One team, one plan.

Wherever you’re starting, we’ll meet you there.
