01 / Session 01Body Mapping.
Your first session is where your program is created.
It’s the step that makes everything after it work.
Semi-Private Training · San Diego
Your program starts with your movement assessment and is shaped by your goals, history, and current needs. Every session, your coach is watching your form and adjusting your work in real time, while you train alongside others who keep the energy up.
“I’ve been attending classes at this gym four days a week, and I couldn’t be happier! The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, and the atmosphere is welcoming and motivating. I’ve seen great progress in my fitness journey, and I love how the gym keeps things fresh and exciting. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their lifestyle!”

What is it?
Semi-Private Training is individualized coaching in a small group of no more than six people.
Program built around your movement and your goals, with others looking to stay in the game.
Where does it start?
Your Movement Assessment shows us how you move: your strengths, where you compensate, and what may be holding you back. We document your results, explain what they mean, and use them to build a personalized training plan that guides your coach and supports your goals.

A message from our founder
I built IMTI on a simple idea: that getting out of pain and getting fit aren’t two separate tracks, they build on each other.
One team, one plan.
Wherever you’re starting, we’ll meet you there.
