1. Appointment Cancellation Policy
Notice Required: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Late Cancellations / NoShows: If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend your appointment, you may be charged the full session price or forfeit one session from your package.

Emergencies: If an emergency or unforeseen event occurs, contact us as soon as possible. Special circumstances may be considered on a casebycase basis, but repeated late cancellations may still incur charges.
2. Refund Policy (NonMembership Purchases)
Packages: Refunds are generally not offered. Packages must be used within one year of purchase; any unused sessions after that time are forfeited.
Exceptions (Documentation Required): Refunds may be considered for:
- Serious illness, financial hardship, or unforeseen emergency (with medical note or employer letter)
- Relocation outside Southern California (lease agreement or utility bill required)
- Termination of services by IMTI for inappropriate behavior or policy violations
Refund Request Process:
- Submit a written request explaining the reason, with supporting documentation
- We review within 10 business days
- You’ll be notified of our decision by email or phone
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval
3. Loyalty Points Program
Referral Points: Awarded to the referrer when a new client completes their first purchase of a service, package, or membership using the referrer’s unique referral code.
Referral Points Earned:
- Single Service: 50 points
- Package: 125 points
- Membership: 250 points
First Membership Purchase Bonus: All clients (new or existing) earn 250 points per $500 spent on their firsttime membership purchase.
Redemption Rules:
- Redeemable toward IMTI services only — not merchandise
- 1 point = $0.175 in service value
- Maximum of 750 points may be applied per single invoice
Other Conditions: Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and never expire. IMTI may adjust points for suspected misuse or error. Program terms may change or be discontinued with notice posted here.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
- Treat staff and fellow clients respectfully
- Follow all IMTI policies
5. Right to Refuse Service
IMTI reserves the right to refuse service or terminate any client relationship at any time if a client engages in disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior; violates policies; or poses a risk to staff, other clients, or themselves.
Membership Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in a membership with Integrated Movement Therapy Institute (“IMTI”), you agree to the following terms:
- AutoRenewal
Your membership will automatically renew monthly until canceled. Your payment method will be charged on the renewal date each cycle unless you cancel before the next billing date. - Clear Consent
You provide express, informed consent to these automatic renewal terms at purchase. IMTI retains proof of this consent per California law. - Cancellation Rights & Methods

- Effect of Cancellation
Cancellation takes effect immediately upon request. Membership benefits remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle. - Refund Policy for Memberships
No refunds or credits are given for the remaining days after cancellation within a billing cycle. - Changes to Terms
IMTI will provide advance email notice before any price changes or material modifications to membership terms take effect. - Membership Freeze Policy
- Eligibility: Active memberships may be temporarily frozen for up to 30 consecutive days per calendar year.
- Notice Required: No advance notice is required — freezes may begin immediately upon request.
- Purpose: This option is offered to accommodate vacations, travel, or other temporary absences.
- How to Request a Freeze: Email support@integrated-movement.com or call (858) 5218040 at any time.
- Effect of Freeze:
- Billing will be paused during the freeze period, and your next payment date will be pushed forward by the same number of days as the freeze.
- There is no fee to freeze your membership.
- Membership benefits cannot be used while the account is on freeze.
- Automatic Resumption: Billing and benefits resume automatically at the end of the approved freeze period unless you request cancellation beforehand.
- Non-Retroactive: Membership freezes cannot be applied to periods that have already passed.
- Abuse of Policy: IMTI may deny or limit freeze requests that exceed the allowed maximum or appear to be used to avoid normal membership obligations.
