The story
A high school volleyball player came to IMTI with a right shoulder labral tear after a dislocation. He had significant range of motion deficits, restricted rotation and abduction, and movement pattern compensations. Through targeted soft tissue work, mobility restoration and movement retraining, he returned to full overhead function in just 3 sessions. He was able to continue his season without risking further injury.
