The IMTI Performance Lab: Data-Driven Athletic Excellence
Real Results. Real Answers. Real Partnerships.
Work Smarter, Not Just Harder
Stop guessing. Start measuring. We bring high-end sports science to serious athletes, delivering pro-level data in a way you can actually use.
Whether you’re a youth athlete chasing a scholarship or an adult who refuses to "age out," we track exactly how you move, generate power, and recover. We turn that data into a simple, personalized performance plan so you know you're making real progress.
What We Measure
Endurance
VO₂ and metabolic testing for detailed conditioning profiles.
movement
3D motion capture and integrated screens for risk and readiness.
power & Speed
Velocity-based strength profiling, jump, and change-of-direction analytics.
cognition
Reaction and decision-making training to sharpen your edge.
One Integrated Plan
We pull data from industry-leading systems - like VO Master, Kinotek 3D, and BlazePods - and translate it into clear, actionable strategies. No sports science degree required.
We connect athletes, parents, coaches, and medical providers to deliver:
- Precision Nutrition–based fueling
- Targeted soft-tissue and recovery work
- Integrated movement and strength training
The Goal:
Stop juggling separate opinions. Get a single plan to stay healthy, perform better, and build a long-term career.
Who It’s For
- Youth & High School Athletes: Chasing the next level or a scholarship.
- College & Competitive Adults: Maximizing elite performance.
- Weekend Warriors: Pushing hard without breaking down.
- Post-Rehab Athletes: Bridging the gap safely back to "full speed".

frequently asked questions about performance lab
What is the Performance Lab?
The IMTI Performance Lab is a data-driven movement and performance assessment that shows exactly how an athlete moves, produces force, and handles load in sport-like conditions. It bridges the gap between rehab and high-level training by turning guesswork into a clear plan to improve performance and reduce injury risk.
Who is the Performance Lab for?
The Performance Lab is for youth and developing athletes who want to perform at a higher level while staying healthy and available to play. It’s especially useful for multi-sport or year-round athletes, those in growth spurts, and athletes returning from pain or injury who need objective proof they’re ready for sport.
What happens during a Performance Lab Assessment?
Our team guides the athlete through sport-specific movement, strength, and power tests using performance technology and IMTI’s five foundations: SAQ, Strength, Core Stability, Flexibility, and Mobility. We measure things like jumping/landing, change of direction, and control under fatigue, then review results in real time so the athlete and parent see strengths and vulnerabilities.
How long does a Performance Lab Assessment take?
A typical Performance Lab Assessment takes about 60–90 minutes, including history review, the full testing protocol, and an initial walk-through of key findings.
What happens after the assessment?
We convert the data into a simple game plan for the athlete, parent, and coach. You get clear priorities and training recommendations that plug into IMTI programming and existing team work if needed, plus follow-up testing to track progress and confirm performance is improving while injury risk is going down.
